Bug with Train in The Fork

Don't know if this is everywhere or not. Playing a game with a friend and he has an AT unit on a train. I whacked it to strength 4 and went in for the kill with my marine raiders. It wouldn't let me attack them.
Next turn he moves it to a city to try to unload it. I move my Lee to kill it, won't let me attack! Also, any work on those labels for objectives in the scenario not displaying? (English text)
