A thanks to the community
This is completely off topic but still Panzer Corps specific. Or rather specific to the community.
I've been part of a lot of gaming communities and forums over the time. And while in the early days of the web pretty much all the gamers online were friendly and open and so fun to be with, most communities are really poisoneous these days and very hostile. And since I'm personally going through a very rough time currently I don't have the thick skin I used to have and sometimes explode in a couple of people's faces when I feel attacked or unwanted or unjustly critisized in an unnecessarily agressive way. And I hate it when that happens because I'm usually a very open and friendly guy and don't like myself when that happens and makes me go into defense mode.
The point of all that long talk however is... I've never felt this way here, ok maybe one or two posts may have gotten me upset here ever but for 99.9% of the time I've always felt good here to state my opinion, offer my advice and show my videos. It's always been nothing but open and friendly, especially also to new and inexperienced players who come here for advice.
I just wanted to say thanks to both the regular users and also to Slitherine, Rudankort, and however else is involved. This is just a nice place to come to and it's by far the most friendly gaming community out there that I've seen.
I hope we'll see more cool content coming out for a long time to come and we'll share tips and experiences and great let's plays and mods and tactics and history here til the far future.
Thanks guys. You're awesome.

A thanks to you as well. I've enjoyed some of your posts & videos, but I must admit I've only scratched the surface in terms of going through all of them.
Re: A thanks to the community
Likewise Keldor, thanks to you too for your constant contribution.
I think the same as you, this community is just fantastic and very friendly, although the activity on the forums has decreased dramatically I still enjoy visiting them everyday.
best regards.
Akkula.

Agreed on all that has been said on this topic
I have enjoyed all of the replays I have found here or on youtube except the ones without comments
Lt. Joker's aka Keldor Katarn's are the most entertaining as they include historical background and even how his strategy differs from the actual historical scenario.
Very enjoyable
I have never done one of these forums before so I have nothing to compare it to, but I have this up constantly at work just waiting to see what new people are commenting on.
Love, love, love it.

Re: A thanks to the community
Great community confirmed! After my experience with other online environments this is such a nice change
Although not much activity is going on, there is still lots of useful info and great custom-made content available for the latecomers like me
Re: A thanks to the community
Yeah the boards used to be a lot more alive when the game was new. Obviously after over 4 years the game, yes PC was released in July 2011, grown a bit old and the activity on the boards lowered. It may pick up a bit tho after a new expansion is released.

When when when? I'm fully onboard whenever Sealion is released.Tarrak wrote:It may pick up a bit tho after a new expansion is released.
Re: A thanks to the community
The Beta test of Sealion is already running since mid July. Unless something really unexpected happens it can't take to long anymore but i don't have any information about any estimated release date.TSPC37730 wrote:When when when?
