Problem after restart

I've found that after I've had to restart a level the End Deploy button at the top of the screen often doesn't work. I can deploy my troops but I can't start the game as the End Deploy button doesn't work. Any ideas as I've searched the forums and can't find anything.

Just to clarify this doesn't produce any error messages for me to send screenshots of. All that happens is when the end deployment button is pressed the button clicks in but nothing happens.
