Multiplayer game frozen

Hello,

I hope that someone can help me with the following issue:

On August 17, 2015 I accepted a multiplayer game against 'wenxiaoxuan' for the Steamrollers Against Steel scenario.

The first turn was supposed to be mine but I've never been able to play it.

At the time (and every time that I tried thereafter), the scenario would open but there is nothing on the screen besides the menu on the right hand side. There is no information in the menu section either (forecast, terrain, units ... ) and the map is non existent (blackened).

To make matters worse, once I open the scenario, I cannot get out of it without rebooting the computer. All buttons (menu icon included) are non-responsive.

I tried including a screen shot but did not know how to do it.

I was hoping to get the scenario deleted from the "My Turn" list.
