Can I install Panzer Corps on both of my PC?

PC : Turn based WW2 goodness in the mold of Panzer General. This promises to be a true classic!

Can I install Panzer Corps on both of my PC?

[I apologize if the answer is ready available via search, but I couldn't find an answer]

If I buy Panzer Corps, can I install it on both my tower and my laptop?

Steam allows this without any effort other than installing Steam on both systems.

Before Steam had Panzer Corps available I did have it on my desktop and laptop as well so I could keep playing my games while traveling.
