Kicked out from the game

Playing game trough Steam. Campaign, Coral Sea mission. At turn 17 hitting End Turn button. Game kicked me out on the desktop. Internet was connected, Steam client running and usual Slitherine set up game screen on top of it (the one that gives option to start game, read manual and provides news on the left). After starting the game again I could continue trough end turn auto save and everything went normal from there.

Issuing several orders in a row (around 3 orders) without waiting for animations to finish kicked me out of the game.

Is this repeatable?
