1-According to the test I see missing something important to add, damage range in the game to shoot the damage is the same short to long-range projectile (in the 4 hexagons does the same damage both live fire as the indirect fire (without vision the goal). But when more distance is more difficult to hit the target and therefore does less damage.

2-AAs also the Ships have to be more random in damage or fail or give only 1 damage to planes, that's not real. The normal serious damage 1 to 3.

Here you need to add more value to the long-range fire and to add another lower value to long distance (weapon = vehicle_attack, 10-14-xx), or better automatically subtract 1 damage for each hexagon for added range:

weapon = vehicle_attack, 10-14
weapon = infantry_attack, 10-14
also it is in the game:
valor 10 = enemy in open field (damage on table)
valor 14 = Covered enemy city, town (damage on table)

Example of how to change artillery (the same damage for direct fire, indirect fire), and does not vary, the damage by range:
weapon = vehicle_attack, 10-14
weapon = infantry_attack, 10-14
valor 10 = enemy in open field (damage on table)
valor 14 = Covered enemy city, town (damage on table)

valor damage
21-xx = 6 to 7 damage
19-xx = 5 to 6 damage
18-xx = 5 to 6 damage
15-xx = 4 to 5 damage
12-xx = 3 to 4 damage
10-xx = 2 to 3 damage
8-xx = 1 to2 damage
4-xx = 0 to 1 damage
