Key will not work

Just received Star Hammer (The Vanguard Prophecy) in the mail today (July 29th 2015). Loaded it up, an also down loaded update 109. reboot computer. Clicked the short cut, and clicked Play. The enter Key window opened, Keyed in the code that I had..... wouldn't open the game. I tried a number of times, still no go........ I did type in the code that was given (with and without dash's. Then I uninstall, an reinstalled Still the box on right for continue did not work, hit Enter too. My setup is a Dell Inspiron 560, CPU 2 core Pentim 4 @ 3.20GHz, 8GB Ram, AMD Radaon 4650 1GB catch.

try typing it in and not copying pasting it into the game, if that doesn't work, please wait for support and they will try and help you as i'm only a member like your self, either way sorry and good luck
