Still can't find new camo skins

Sorry for my ignorance on this, but I still cannot find the option that allows you to add the new camo skins in the new 1.8.3 patch. I looked at the unit info panel, I still cannot locate this option.

It's not for all units. Actually, most unit types have no camo skin. Like planes and ships or infantry.

Find one of your TANKS and click it. (I)
It's, in the "i" panel, the unit information panel.

It's the white button in the top left corner of the unit icon box.
