Easy way to disable promotions?

Hi,
Is there a graceful way to disable promotions/experience in a multiplayer scenario, either within the editor or via script editing? Also, can I preset the level of troops in a scenario?

You can preset the levels with the number keys 1-4. To disable promotions you would need to over-ride the scripts and remove the promotion logic.
