Serial already registered.

Hi when I learned that War in the East was on steam I came on here to register my serial and redeem a steam key, it says it is already registered? Can this be fixed?

some games it's done for you, had the same happen to me, it's not a bug it just means you don't have to do it yourself and is already registered to your account as you already have a account here , enjoy the game, if i'm wrong and you think it's another reason support will reply with another maybe better / more correct answer, but either way nothing to worry about...

That doesn't make sense, the game is not on my list of games registered on slitherine and you have to manualy enter the cd-key on here to redeem the steam key.

ok i figured it out, i have two slitherine accounts for some reason and WITE is register on the other one. Problem solved.

as far as I can tell I've merged my accounts but I'm having the same issue. Can't get steam keys as they're already registered. But I have no idea what my other account is.
