Yeah I remember that issue. I think you have to hold all victory hexes. The key was to get to the fortress in the upper right asap, and defend it, because the orks will all attack that position (why I dont know, the AI is weird sometimes). After you have endured the wave, go to hex where the Blood Angles (?) started.

And yeah the information is wrong

Dont know if you have already finished the mission, but if not. I didnt use any bikes, I never do, they are, in my opinion a waste of points, I used scouts if I remember it correctly.

But if this is still an issue tell me, and i will replay this mission and tell you about it.

Ok I will give you a turn based analyses for this mission. As a difficulty setting I picked "Hard" in order to cover most of settings

NOTE: Since the strategic map swallow the information of what is a support unit and what isn't i put white dots on units that are support units

1 Turn:

Bought 1 Whirlwind, 1 Tactical Squad with Rhino(I dont think this is overly important, since what is really important is already there)

Thought steps:
1. Cover southern approach of the mobs
2. Try to destroy as much Shooter Boyz, and gretchins as possible
3. Attack the Big Trakk with the Ogers, reducing there number significently
4. Get the Steel Legion Command Squad down to help
5. Get the Blood Angels in Formation to the fortress (the three other units should cover the support unit), the speed of the formation is defined by the support unit (don't flee)
6. The Bane Wolf and Hellhound should get up on the ridge and attack the Stormboyz (most damage)
7. The rest of the imperial forces consolidate at the southern fortress

final setup @ end of turn 1:

Turn 2:

Setup:
Begin Turn 2.jpg
Begin Turn 2.jpg (157.79 KiB) Viewed 4558 times

Thought steps:
1. Try to break through to the river with a many units as possible (you have to kill the blocking units for this)
2. Get a scout unit on the upper left ridge ( the ork units up there need to be dealt with)
3. Add replacement to the mortar support team
4. Get the Steel Legion forces tighter together(even the Hellhound if he is still alive, protecting the norther flank of the fortress)
5. move the blood angels further, consider formation and speed of the support unit, fire at western unit with support unit to keep your back free, fire at front with the rest

final setup @ end of turn 2:

Turn 6:

Setup:
Begin Turn 6.jpg
Begin Turn 6.jpg (114.75 KiB) Viewed 4560 times
Thought steps:

1. Get as many Units in a defense position around the two fortress, remember to put your support units in the fortresses
2. the enemy units will arrive from the south east, so cover the trench there with your toughest units (Dreadnoughs, Tanks and Terminators)
3. The three Steel Legion units on the ultramarine side of the river from the start, should head back to that side and defend the town there ( One enemy unit will arrive there at the end)

Now it will take a few turns till the Orc wave approaches, use the time for a good defense setup as described, reinforce all units that you deem necessary and let the units rest at the right spot in your formation to recover moral and health.

Here is my final setup at turn 9 when the first Orc Units arrive:

Turn 10:

Setup:
Begin Turn 10.jpg
Begin Turn 10.jpg (132.5 KiB) Viewed 4560 times
Thought steps:

1. Reinforce as much as possible, most damage is done by your support units so dont shoot with them on your turn if they can get hurt in the process
2. The units at the norther fortress dont get attacked at the next turn they can make a attack to relieve your southern units

Turn 11:

setup:
Begin Turn 11.jpg
Begin Turn 11.jpg (112.89 KiB) Viewed 4560 times
Thought steps:

1. If your front units get hammered, dont attack with them but reinforce them, remember, the less enemy units adjacent to a unit, the more reinforcements are possible
2. Tanks have arrived, so we need to answer them with our tanks and dreadnoughs
3. And we need to attack the orc force with our norther troops now
4. Attack the rogue Orc unit on the starting side of river

final setup @ end of turn 11:
