You should be able to get a good signal at the top of the pagoda, surely?

I wouldn't necessarily assume that!

I did a brief stint doing high rise window cleaning and I'd take my mobile up to listen to music, but also in case I got a call. Amazingly often I'd get no signal even in the middle of the CBD.

Strange!
