A new event at Oxford - Again!

Dear all,

The FOGAM/R event at oxford on 6/7 June went well and , it seemed, was enjoyed by all.

We have another weekend available at the Oxford club on 17/18 October and are planning the same thing again - 25mm FOGAM/R.

Are there any views on this? Personally it is the 25mm to which I am wedded not other aspects of the format (see earlier thread called "a new event at oxford 6/7 June").

One thing to note is that we understand that a mixed FOGAM/R event is not eligible for the rankings - does this worry anyone? If so we can pick one or the other and from our club point of view I think it will certainly be FOGR unless there is a large weight of contrary opinion out there.

Who can manage the date? Would a Sunday only event (3 games) be preferable?
