Taking a break from beta testing MWIF, this game looks a little too much like Panzer Corp, no criticism of Panzer Corp intended, it was decent game but with very little replay ability IMO, is this game re-playable. Thank you.

Re: Replayability
It's just not replayable for everyone.
The scenarios are always the same and play out in the same way, and when all is said and done, it's pretty meaningless which commanders you unlock and which units you assign them to, which other secondary goals you pursue or not etc. - the only replayability the game posesses stems from force composition - almost exactly as it was for Panzer Corps.
Some folks enjoy endlessly replaying the same missions, but this time taking five artillery instead of four and ground based AA instead of fighters and similar adjustments to the core force.
To this end, there's quite a bit of replayability in OOB - even though I'd still considerably less than in PzC, since many systems hardly have an impact on how the game plays out.
If you're expecting to see different content in a replay, OOB has considerably less replayability than even Panzer Corps, which was already a step back from PG - there's no campaign tree in this game, after all. It's just a singular line of scenarios...

Re: Replayability
Thank you, appreciate your honest assessment about the game, is there any possibility that they may change this format into more of a Strategic Command format meaning more of a campaign strategic game? Does a game book come with the boxed addition?

On the topic of replayability:
We're currently working on a skirmish mode, which will allow you to play singleplayer or multiplayer on procedurally generated maps against a dynamic AI. It's not one for the next patch, but it's in advanced stages of development.

Re: Replayability
That works pretty well for Battle Academy Two and might be a good feature for this if you can do it.Myrddraal wrote:On the topic of replayability:
