Hello,
Just bought the IOS version and am wondering where this game editor is? Can't find it in the menus does it unlock?

Re: IOS game editor
Hello and welcome to the Forums!
Unfortunately there is no editor for the mobile version of Armageddon and if you check the store page and the App Store there is nothing listed there
Perhaps one day it will be possible to get cross system maps but i wouldn't count on it. Besides the editor would be too hard to control via the ios touch screen (my opinion)

Re: IOS game editor
Most unfortunate.
This is the last line of the IOS store blurb, right before "features" for said app: "On top all this extensive modding options are available through a powerful and easy-to-use game editor."
Sounds like the game is not the only one in need of an editor...

Re: IOS game editor
You're right- perhaps they will add it later as a patch or something
Re: IOS game editor
I think it is a typo sadly, it would be nice if it was added in a patch but none of the other iPad equivalents have editors, so I'm not holding out much hope!
I presume you will be able to download others mods however like in other games? But not sure.....

Re: IOS game editor
Glad I surfed the forums before asking the same question for this is sad news. I too thought this would be included with the game
Maybe if there's a way to download other peoples mods in a future update that would be cool. There's another game I play for iPad called the Battle for Wesnoth where you are able to do that.
One more request for I've asked Ian this question. Please, please will you all possibly consider a Mac version of WH40K with the editor feature in the near future? I parted with PC last year when I bought a Mac and while it was well worth the change, it sucks not having many games to play. This would be really awesome if you all could do it as well as generate some good Mac sales on Steam.

Re: IOS game editor
Guys I'm really sorry. Not sure how that got left in. I remember removing it from the app store page info but it looks like we forgot to remove it from the store page here. I'll get it removed and can only apologise. It is an error and there was never a way to include this on iOS. If this is a deal breaker for you then please feel free to ask Apple for a refund as there is really no way to make it happen and was never the intention. I'll get it fixed on Monday.

You all really worked hard on this and wouldn't feel right asking for a refund. Going back to what I mention before, would you all be able to include an update to download other peoples mods? If so that would make up for not having the editor feature.IainMcNeil wrote:Guys I'm really sorry. Not sure how that got left in.
