create airfields

I would be nice to create a airfield. the Seabee's could create a two plane airfield by staying in place two rounds and add two more air plane every two times.

Hmm... you know the saying...

Seabees can't do! 8)

I am afraid building airfields would change the game too dramatically that it could be allowed.
