Supplement lost

Dear sirs,
I have purchased all or the supplements for FoG, and have really enjoyed playing the game in all its eras. However, this weekend, for no discernible reason, the game has suddenly told me I don't own Immortal Fire, and must purchase it to use it. I have indeed purchased the game, and used it repeatedly. I no longer have the order number; I saved it for 4 of the supplements, but of course not this one. I purchased them and downloaded them to allendeuce@cebridge.net since Jan., this year. Please assist me in any way you can.
