Rebel armies still not being saved

Rebel armies still not being saved

It appears that this issue has not yet been fixed.

Rebel armies (after capturing enemy capital) are still not being saved.

So if you crash and load in a saved game, all those rebel armies have magically disappeared.

Currently and exploit, but will be fixed.
