When you saved the BBs way back in Pearl Harbor, you get the support of one of them in this scenario.
Great.

But it can be undeployed. And if you do undeploy it, it doesn't affect the naval command allowance. So if you redeploy it (even if it's to the same spot), 5 command points are subtracted...
So I think the BB should either be non-undeployable or the 5 command points should be "refunded" - I'm guessing the former is the best/easiest solution (since players could spend the command points on something else otherwise).
