Problems Updating Games

Currently I am experiencing a problem updating my Matrix purchased games. Others are also experiencing the same and have so for for many years. Right now I cant' update Order of Battle Pacific because of a unable to open a FTP file error. This is the same error I have received numerous times, as have others, while trying to update a game. Can't this problem be fixed?

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your games update.
I have just tested, and I'm sorry but all I can say is the issue is not on our side.
Please check your Internet Security programs, your router firewall, one (or both) of them might be interfering. Otherwise it might be an issue with the Internet communication between your computer and our server.
in any of the cases, there's nothing we can do fix it.

Please try downloading the update for OoB from any of our mirrors:

Thank you VPaulus. Disabling my firewall seems to have been the trick. For all the downloads I do, including games at Matrix/Slitherine, I do not have to disable my firewall. Lucky, I guess, as whenever I've purchased a game, I have never had to do this; Ever! anyway I thank you for your prompt and courteous response that fixed my nagging problem!
