Refund for Transportation

Sometimes I don't need trucks or apcs units for scenario. I wish I could just leave them at the home base motor pool and pick them up the next time I need them. For now it seems they are thrown into the ocean I have to order brand new ones.
Would be nice if we had indeed a motor pool where we can park detached transportation units and call back later if needed. Instead to disband them completely for a total loss and then to have rebuy them.
