Software to run tournaments?

I believe I recall an earlier discussion somewhere on these boards indicating that the good folks at Slitherine are (were?) planning to create some software to aid tournament organizers in running their events. Tim Porter's report on the Challenge reminded me of that.

Since I will be running multiple events at Historicon I am naturally interested in anything that might make that task easier.

What is the current status--if any--of that project?
