Game won't start, digital edition not a beta user

After I click start, nothing happens. Game shortcut installed with user account control shield on it. Do I have to be an administrator to run this game? I have Allied Corps running on same machine and not having any issues. Help?

Some people seem to have issues with the intro video, so try extracting this file to your <my documents>\My Games\Order of Battle - Pacific\Settings folder. This disables the intro video.

If that doesn't help, please attach your DxDiag and output_log.txt files here (zip them to allow upload). More info about these here:
