Option to toggle mouse scrolling

Hi Devs,

Would it be possible in the future to add a button in the options menu which disables mouse screen scrolling ? Sometimes I find myself accidentally moving the mouse curser too far and scrolling the screen. I perfer just to use "WASD' instead. Thank you for this gem of a game!

I still have major problems with this. Could it be possible for an option in the settings menu for 2nd patch? Or if not is there a config file I may perhaps manually disable this in? Thank you guys!!
