Hero's

I really like the tactical battles, I am a bit frustrated with a lack of hero's - wondering if the number could be increased as a country gains power/provinces? 200 province empire with 2 land heroes and 1 admiral, makes for allot of auto battles.

Another thought might be to base it off of rankings? Great Power = 5, Power = 4, etc...

Also quick thought on a possible bug - when in the diplomacy screen you can offer provinces, but if you have more then 25 or so - it doesn't seem to scroll, so you wouldn't be able to pick the ones you wanted if you owned a high number.

Hero and Agent caps are there to support the overall cultural lore and uniqueness of each realm. Hadrigel is an honorable militant realm, with few Agents and many Heroes. The opposite is true of conniving Crivia. These caps (as well as many other factors such as spell and unit selection) lead to each realm playing and feeling different and unique, and that realm uniqueness is core to the Sovereignty landscape.

That said, we are exploring ways of allowing players to shift their realm's focus slightly. I won't get into it too far yet, but the main idea is that later in the game, you can invest in areas that you want to expand upon. In our example, Hadrigel will always be more "heroic" than Crivia. But Crivia might decide it wants to focus more attention on military conquest and add another Hero slot.
