I would prefer DLC featuring Space Marines vs Chaos. But that would require a lot more work than something simple like an Ultra marine vs Orc fight. I would buy that in a second too.

I wouldn't hope for an official Chaos Dlc. As far as i can remember there was always the talk of focussing on the second and third war for Armageddon. I am pretty sure there will be more Space Marine Dlcs but not in the near future - as you can read in the "burn the Old Version" thread the team is currently deep in the process of porting Armageddon to ios.

So if you're interested in a Chaos fraction your best chance will be a mod. There are already 2 Mods out (Tau and Tyranids) but i am pretty sure there will be a Chaos Mod too since its the Second favorite fraction in the 40 K Universe.

Well for right now we only have 3 races participating in the battle for armageddon , and we know from reading the books and from the intro video to the game that there were more fighting there than just IMperial, Space marine , and Orcs. Chaos, Tau , Elfs , darkelfs I belive , and not sure if necron were on the planet or not people can correct me if im wrong.

But we could be looking at the best recreation of a table top game in a long time , im looking forward to patches so much and i imagine and hope a large one will be available with sumer sales , and christmas comming up the season will be great with a bit of distruction in our lives , or should i say TIS THE SEASON TO BLOW STUFF UP !!!!

As a matter of fact the Books do only mention 3 wars for Armageddon: the first war which included the imperial guard, the space wolves and a brotherhood of grey knights, the second war for armageddon which included the imperial guard, the blood angels, the ultramarines and the salamanders and some unnamed titan legions which and of course the third war for armageddon which was epic due to the amount of Space Marines Chapters (Black Templars, Blood Angels, Flesh Tearers and Salamanders only to name some of the known ones) many million of imperial guard and of course several Titan Legions.
There were no Tau, Eldar, Dark Eldar, Necrons or Tyranids on Armageddon - but i really do believe that there are some modders right now to add their favorite fraction into the game so if you like them all you have to do is wait

Well, in the Vanilla Version the Stormravens couldn't carry Marines or Dreadnoughts either - i doubt the dlc adds that feature. But i really hope they will add that some day - and perhaps recolour the Blood Angels Tychos Unit picture shows - he joined the death company in the third war for Armageddon......but i am pretty sure Slitherine is well aware of that. Hopefully they swapped the units by mistake after they played around with some third war for armageddon dlc ideas and concept arts which includes a ton of new chapters like the flesh tearers and Black Templars and massive Titan vs Gargant battles....... Oh man i really wish the stuff i just made up turns into reality.
