Covert Actions Against Yourself

This isn't really a general or tech support post... but I figured this would be the better of the two.

As Iron Barony I was able to send an agent to covertly improve my relations to myself, but unable to cancel the action after I realized my mistake. This is in contrast to all other agent actions have the red X in the corner.

then for me it's a bug, as why would you want to send it to yourself, it should also have a red X icon on it, so it doesn't let you send it to yourself imo

Yeah, the bug was letting it send to yourself in the first place - you can't cancel an agent who is already at home, hence the lack of a cancel option on this agent.
