Game scale....

Post by cj95 »

Forgive me if I'm missing something obvious, but scale hex are we working with?

With tanks limited to 3 or so hexes I'm guessing 500 to 1000 meters each?

Also, what about unit scale? Does strength correspong to vehicles or troop number directly?

Just wondering.

For me, they are just abstract numbers to show relative strenght of the units. But I guess I always though that infantry is on platoon level.

Number on given counter on the map is maximum number of attacks given counter can make. So Basilisk artillery with #7 can attack 7 times * number of shots its weapon can shoot.

Map scale is 12 inches (on Warhammer 40,000 scale) per hex.
