Battle Academy lock up on steam

HI after playing ba1 for over 200 hours on steam the game locks up if i try to load , save or go to options . This happened after i bought the Rommel in normandy add on . Just bought Battle Academy 2 and it works fine . Steam support is no help at all . Can someone please help ? love the game big time .

Have you tried removing all the game files and redownloading? Or validating the game files via the Steam client?

Another thing you could try is to rename the My Documents/My Games/BBCBA folder and run the game to see if something in your save data has become corrupted.

To clarify, you should go to your Documents folder, then to My Games. You will see a folder called BBCBA. Rename this folder (e.g. to HOLD_BBCBA). Then run the game again. It will then act as if it is being run for the first time.

Once again thank you for your quick reply . Just tried renaming folder as you advised . So far everything looks like it is working fine ( no lock ups and I can save and load ) . Thank you very much . SLITHERINE Rules !
