Movement Rate of Generals

Post by marshalney2000 »

If a general is in a column in difficult going does he get the extra inch to increase his movement from 3 inches to 4 inches.
I am assuming the answer is yes.

OK so far, but what if he's on his own. Does he count as a column and get 4MUs or does he drop to 3?

He can't form a column by himself can he? ;)

As for the first question you are correct but not because he's part of a column. Rather he gets the extra inch because he moves as fast as the BG he's with. So if that BG is in a colum and gains 1 more MU, then he gains that 1 more MU too.

The above is correct

And no he can't form a column on his own any more than he can form orb on his own!

Also, 2 or more generals can't form a column with each other as they are not BGs themselves.
