Mouse over buttons...why not show the cost?

Hi PC version, why doesn't the cost of the options on the right hand side of screen (air strike, air supply etc) show when you mouse over them?

Actually this applies to everything (besides units) that you can buy (eg. clicking on an Engineer unit to make a base etc).
