Folks seem to be doing their own thing with markers tho there are already some out there on the market. Personally, for 15mm I am using spare figures with flags marked with DIS, FRAG etc. For 25mm I use small joinable cubes behind the BG, adding one as the cohesion drops!

I made my own by rectangle text boxes in Word approximately the same width, and then writing Fragmented, Disrupted etc. in them. Next I bought some very cheap vynl floor tiles (about £1.50) and then printed, stuck onto the sticky side and cut out - bobs your uncle.

If you use your works laser printer, you can put them all in colour and with a stylish font too - they look good 8)
