Question: Generals moving through terrain.

Generals move as if LH. So for example they move 5 MU in rough.

Or do they? Does a general moving on his own count as moving in column and therefore get the extra 1 MU - therefore moving 6 MU in rough?

He has no formation. Just like LH so 5

So LH in a column move faster than a General on his own through slowing terrain?

well except he will move again in the joint action phase, right ? so I don't see a big problem there as long as when he is WITH the column he can move at the same speed
