Elo system and point attribution ... explanation ?

Hi,
I just finished a new campaingn game with the new 2.0, and my victory gave me 9 pts, from 1612 to 1621, is this normal ? was'nt it 16 pts ?

Presumably you were playing against someone with a lower Elo rating than yours, and thus (to the rating at least) had the expectation of winning. So you don't get as many points as they would, had they beaten you.
