Hi David,
on case 6697 you say my oppenent most likely didn't update ! but he says he did since the first day (at least he says so), we had both the update effective when the case happend !! what could be an other explaination ?

Hi, in this game my openent resigned, he got -16 points, but I didnt get 16 pts .. The game is stuck in my games to play and doesnt seem to be finished, that also explains why i didnt received pts for victory ! Let me know how to procceed ?

Most likely your opponent decided not to update to get the bug fixes. This is why we encourage everyone to update.

Unfortunately, there's no way to clear the game short of resigning.
