Victory points threshold?

According to the manual the threshold for the germans the three firs days are: 19,25 and 31 but in the game are 25, 31 and 37. Is there a mistake in the manual or I'm missing something?

Yup, the manual is wrong there. There's an update due soon that has that fixed.

Truth be told, simply getting the manual into the game was a minor miracle in the end. We thought it would be the simplest part of the project. It wasn't and the time we wanted to spend on final edits got eaten into. The victory point levels went through many iterations during development and the graph thats currently in the manual is an early one.
