_[BUG] rev978 [SP/MP DAG] Odd deployment

DAG matches vs AI, Any book, Any Army, Any Map. Ran 15 games to see if I was seeing things correctly. It appears that the AI is not setting a starting formation for its' Army. Out of the 15 games, ALL of them had the AI Army lined up as the players' army would be, prior to setup. The most obvious sign of the issue would be the AI army's 3 leaders still group'd together far left or far right.

in a DAG game AI set up camp in a corner, creating a pocket of two hexes which could not be moved into or out off, it then deployed two units into this gap effectively removing them from the game unless I could take out the camp. They were spartan citizens.

FoG(U) automatic deployment code modified in rev1022 (v2.4.00.1022 GM build).

Even in its current almost skeletal form seems to be better than the old FoG(RB)'s one :)
