I do not antendi what this message means. Or rather, what it changes the game?

"hans-ulrich rudel's request to be transfered to a dive bomber unit has been denied"

Someone could tell me what happens after I get this message?

Basically nothing happens. This message is just flavor and giving you a hint that something is going to happen with Rudel at some point later. I am not sure if you want spoilers or not so i don't write details here but in case you want the spoilers just have a look here.

Thank you, I understand part of the discussion about it, but I was even more confused as to discussion you suggested to me to follow.
For although "denied" Rudel still with me, it is part of my team. Or not it's other Rudel (not a stuka sppoting +2)?
I love the messages, but this made me quite disoriented.

I explain it brief. At some point you get the first incarnation of Rudel (the one with attack penalties but spotting bonus). If you keep using him you will get from time to time a message that his request to be transfered is denied, like the one you linked. This is made to depict the history about Rudel, who initially was assigned to a Long-Range Reconnaissance Group and had multiple requests to be transfered to bomber unit declined. He finally got transfered and become one of the most famous German pilots. This happens when you deploy Rudel in the Minsk 41 scenario. You will get a second incarnation of him with insane boost to attack and defense. Interestingly you will still keep your first Rudel, so you end with two of them flying around.

You can btw chose to not deploy Rudel in any other scenario, as he isn't really that useful in his first incarnation, and all you miss would be just the flavor messages. If you deploy him in the Minsk 41 scenario you will get the second incarnation. If you don't you missed the chance tho.

Is there no way to edit the first Rudel out of the unit?
I would hate to disband the first unit, as it already got a second hero and the EK 1.
But Rudel I is keeping the unit back.
