Lockout?

Hi there, hopefully my search did not miss this topic hidden away somewhere.

I've just recently registered on the Slitherine system and was busy registering my serial numbers from my Matrix games. After 4 games
I have received an error 108 lockout message on each attempt thereafter.

Any ideas or suggestions?

I have about 15-20+ games to register and most will need steam keys afterwards as well.
