crash during game start up

Hi so I got Pandora for christmas and up until a few days ago when my norton 360 antivirus removed the "pandoraserver.exe" file, I then re-installed the game after changing my antivirus to ask me before removing files in the hope that It would fix things, however now when I try to launch the game from the game menu with the manual it shows the loading screen for about a minute and then has an error message which I have screenshotted and attached to this post, can anyone help me and provide me with a beginners level computer knowledge way to fix the game.

Can you make sure that the folder: "c:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Roaming\Proxy Studios\Pandora\Data" is empty?
This sounds like an error while trying to load a mod that doesn't work.

cant seem to find the folder in my appdata folder but I never modded my game

It is very likely that the game's files are corrupt in some way.

You can try starting PandoraUpdater.exe (there should be an Updater start menu entry too) to verify all the files.

The game is now fixed as I went to the helpdesk, it turns out that the problem was that I'd still had some of the game files left from the last install
