The multiplayer is blocked at "checking serial key" ?

I've reinstalled the game but the game remians blocked to "checking serial key" when enetiring multiplayer sesion. Is there anybody from game forum that can give me any tip?

I really love this game but now is very frustrating because I cannot enter....

I'm curious about Steam members that have CTGW? 3 have so far either posted MP challenges, or accepted standing MP challenges (that I have experienced). I do "1" turn with them all, then never hear from them again! I have to wonder if these Steam members are getting "Notification" of turns in their accounts? Where I am a member of both Slitherine and Matrix forums/accounts, I always get "Notifications" of any MP turns at my e-mail home page. Do Steam accounts operate in the same fashion as the other accounts? It's almost impossible to make contact with members from there, at least I have had no success trying to find them...
