Difficulty settings Mannstein and Rommel

Difficulty settings Mannstein and Rommel

With the new ability to custom set difficulty settings have Mannstein and Rommel difficulties gone away? I had to install game on steam and I don't see these as options for difficulty settings. Any help would be appreciated.

You first have to complete the campaign on Field Marshal. The new installation obviously has forgotten about your previous successes ;) But the settings are available in the steam version, too.

Editing the registry is the easier way to unlock the difficulty settings:
