[Bug] Corrupt save / Battle of Tartarus

In my second playthrough I noticed this bug still exist.
When saving during the review map phase of the Battle of Tartarus, loading this save will always result in an exception error.

I provided a save for testing below. Just hit End Turn and choose review map,then save. Be careful not to overwrite my save because of auto-naming feature. Then try to load this new save game.
