FOG digital 20% off

I was looking at purchasing FOG the digital version PC game, and it allows an option to get any expansion for 20% off. When I click on these they seem to be the same price of $9.99US should they not be $7.99US. I have proceeded till the providing credit card details, as I thought the new price will come up at that point.

I just wish to know how the 20% off works.

The prices you see are already discounted and its actually 50% off :)
