cannot stop emails

I am unable to stop getting the emails for game turns for WH40K armageddon, i went to the site and followed the instructions on how to stop them but I have no visibility to the resolution. I have tried this on both chrome and IE

If you can't get them to stop then please mail support@slitherine.co.uk with your details and they should be able to get the server team to see what is going on.
