Was it you turn or enemies turn?
What do you did before crash?
* move unit
* attack
* select unit
* used one of the action (like sleep, rest&refit...)
* used a shortkey
* Which unit was selected / moved / attacks..)
* Did you played with the big map UI ("normal" UI) or was a unit list open?

Disregard. I restarted the scenario after downloading the latest version. This time I held all 6 victory hexes before the Space Marines arrive (previous times I had lost 2 of those hexes). The scenario ended in victory at the end of turn 14, so it never got to the turn the crash occurred. Regardless, I'm playing on. It may have been a bug in the older version, the fact that I had lost those hexes when the Astartes arrived, or that there were Orks on hexes that the Astartes were supposed to begin on, or some combination of those, that caused the error.fsx wrote:Could you send a savegame?

Could be a bug in 1.00
Alex catched some bugs in the last days of beta.
I know, the bug with special letters like german Ü in the players name is in 1.00, but not in 1.01

I have this problem on the steam version. Crash after first space marine movement turn on the ork turn when the mini garget move.

The crash keeps occuring not sure how to procede. Try restarting mission? Its fiendishly difficult on challenging difficulty not sure how you can hang on to all 6 hexs with those skull hammer battle fortress bearing down on you.

I have the same problem, Last stand of a Acheron, turn 15 game crashes on the ork turn. This is via steam and version 1.0.1

So I got passed it by retaining all hexs and when space marines arrived the mission ended rather than carrying on.
I won by replacing conscripts on victory hexes.

Im the same, held on two hexes and am on steam. goes through almost full turn and dies.
