not able to connect to multiplayer

I keep getting an error message
Sorry could not login
Reason
Authorisation failed (code 10)
Any Ideas?
Also cant see my serials for FOG and SAS on my page when I try to register them I am told they are already registered.
I have copied the game from an old laptop to a new one.
I also have Pike and Shot which I downloaded straight to this laptop and that allows me to use multiplayer.
Also getting this message.

You can't copy files from a previous installation to a new computer or Windows installation.
You'll have to install the games using the original file installers.

Ok a great big thank you to Slitherine for letting me have the download links but after reinstalling all the games I still cannot get into multiplayer.
I am still getting the same messages.
Any ideas.
