African supply.

My African supply guage reads 11, what does that mean exactly. And when am I out of Africa? If I cross into the USSR will it stop or do I need to link up supply with my axis forces in Russia?

the manual has thes supply table - you won't have to worry if you can link to russia

Rather just get an answer than finding a table in that 600 page manual. Do I need to link up or is it enough to cross the Russian border?
