The discussion topic on this appears to have gone?

The answer previously given conflicts with the erratta now published.

Should I forget I ever saw it?

Yup. That is why it has been removed. In fact it was never there. RIGHT?

I was clearly mistaken!

Funnily enough it was how we'd always played it.

Thanks for the clarification.

BTW - rules have now arrived - they look superb - and I already know they play well.
